These Weak Kindnesses



A collaborative writing project developed with Neil Chapman, based on Max Ernst’s novel, Une Semaine de Bonté, first published by Editions Jeanne Bucher, Paris in 1934.

These Weak Kindnesses renders each collaged image by Ernst as a pair of indepedent texts - 364 in total. The publication is to be printed to mimic the original limited edition of five booklets, as printed by Georges Duval.
